Born to Pamela Hughes and Brian Kincannon in Patchogue, New York

Curtis enjoyed Karaoke, hosting social events and spending time with his loved ones. He married Patrick Rodgers on November 20, 2014 in Bowie, Maryland;  He was also very fond of his two dogs, Diesel and Trixie;

Survivors include, his husband, Patrick; his parents, Pamela and Brian; six siblings, Brian Kincannon of Columbia, MD, Jermaine Hughes of Virginia, Crystal Hughes of Germanton, MD, James Hurns of Hagerstown, MD, Trey Stewart of Silver Spring, MD, and Trina Hughes of Silver Spring, MD; one niece, Morgan Jade Davis, two nephews, Shane Kincannon and Adrian Schaffer; son in-law of The Reverend Moses and Lucy Mae Rodgers, and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is predeceased by his sister in law, Denise Richards Lane.
