Patrick Michael Hardy

Patrick died on March 8th, at the age of 59, of natural causes.  Pat is survived by Father Bill and Mother Jeanne(who followed Him on April 1st with her death),  Daughter Erin Hardy  and brothers Wilt, Jon and Jimmy. He was preceded in death by sister JoAnne Kincius and brother Bob Hardy.

He grew up in Greenbelt going to St Hughes and graduating from Carroll High School. Worked for father in building supply business at Hardy Brothers and in later years a estimator for a parking lot, line striping company, where he lived in Bowie with his older brother.  prior to the onset of his illness He had joined the American Legion in Bowie post 66 and maintained a very garden. His last years involved  a  decade long battle with a degenerative nerve disorder which left him, wheel chair bound and unable to feel or use his legs. He was a avid music lover, who never let his disability get in the way of plenty of good tunes to ride the day out, or fresh vegetables from the garden.

Family will be accepting visitors on  Saturday , April 28, 1-3 pm with a short service at 2pm.
