Dottie L. Miller, 75, of Beltsville, MD and formerly of Franklin, WV following a lengthy illness, passed away on  Monday, April 10, 2017 at home surrounded by her family.    

She was born on August 14, 1941 in Franklin to the late Esta J. and Lola M. (Eye) Lambert.

Dottie was a 1959 graduate of Franklin High School. After graduation she was employed by the CIA for 15 years. She loved travelling, watching her grandsons play sports and volunteering for various organizations. 

She is survived by her husband, Donald L. Miller of 56 years (September 10, 1960), two sons Douglas L. and David L. Miller, one daughter Diane L. Coutino, her husband Flavio, three grandsons, Flavio Daniel, Cristian Antonio and Thiago Lucas all of Beltsville, MD,  three brothers, four sisters, one of whom is Katie George of Franklin and a special niece, Barbara Miller of Silver Spring, MD. preceded in death by two brothers, George and Clinton Lambert.
