I'm so sorry to learn of of Frank's death, I had the privilege of working with Frank for many years and it's just too soon. Frank had a rich and varied life beyond work and liked to share stories about it with us. He was a caring, gentle and dedicated person and will be missed. To your family and friends please know you are joined in grief and prayers that peace will be found.

We will miss Frank, our colleague of many years at the US Department of Transportation. He served our country in uniform and as a civilian, and he put a high value on independent thinking and thorough analysis. In remembrance, we will see him smiling, always hoping he has bestowed a new and unexpected idea. God bless Frank and his family.

My sincere condolences. I worked with Frank for a number of years in the militia at the Virginia Renaissance Faire. He was a fine man, a real asset, and we are going to miss him a lot.

Our hearts and prayers go out to Frank's family and friends.
I had the pleasure of working with Frank and the Federal Railroad Administration for 21 years. Frank never lost sight on working hard, improving railroad safety and being a dedicated federal servant. Frank was brilliant and always came up with new ideas and different ways to approach problems.

Through his work at the Federal Railroad Administration, Frank made many significant contributions to railroad safety. He was admired for his expertise and respected for his integrity. Not incidentally, he was also the epitome of a good man. May he rest in peace and may his loved ones find strength and comfort in their memories of him.

Frank was a good friend and will be missed by all who knew him. We worked many a long day together in various RSAC's and because of his dedication many people are alive and safe today in the rail industry. May God bless and give him rest, my condolences to his family.

To the Roskind Family,

Our hearts and prayers go out to you all in the passing of Frank. I knew him many years at the Federal Railroad Administration, but the fun connection was of his passionate participation and history talks at the Renaissance Faire each year. Sincerely, Kevin, Trudy and Michelle Bondesen

The news of the passing of our good FRA friend and colleague is profoundly sad and shocking. We all hoped that Frank would have a long, healthy, and enjoyable much deserved retirement. His dedication to work, even when battling a debilitating illness, was remarkable and admirable. We will greatly miss him.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Roskind family.
