Clara Bell was born in West Virginia. Wife of Frank J. Caruso, mother of Linda Caruso Farias, Lisa Caruso, and Joseph Caruso; grandmother of Amanda Farias, 29, Eric Farias, 23, Roman Caruso, 26, Serina Caruso, 24, Jared Caruso, 22, and Isabella Caruso, 19; sister of Ronald Bell, Louise Moore, and Nancy Bell Hyre.
Clara was a retired school teacher from Prince George's County Schools.
