On Tuesday, June 10, 2014, beloved husband of Irene N.; loving father of Sara "Gail" Rice, and Lysle A. (Judy) Rice; grandfather of Jared C. Rice. A memorial service will be held at Greenbelt Baptist Church, 101 Greenhill Road, Greenbelt, MD on Saturday, June 21, at 11 am. Interment at a later date in Cheltenham Veterans Cemetery.
