On December 25, 2019. Anthony Charles "Tony" Foster, Sr. passed away unexpectedly. He graduated from Spingarn HS in 1971 and worked for the DC Police Dept. for many years until retirement. He is survived by family and friends. No funeral services will be held as it was Tony's wish. Condolences can be sent to his son at afosterSr2019@gmail.com.
