Colleen Courtney passed away in the early morning of Monday, November 13th. She worked for many years in Greenbelt at Generous Joe’s & Bill Brabble’s Tax Services. She was a caring, kind, funny and loving woman to many. She is survived by her husband David, her son's David & George, her sister Kathy Owen and her niece Michelle Mangino.
