Katherine P. Lilly

On Friday, May 23, 2014. She was born and raised in Phoebus, VA. She resided in Washington, DC  and then Hyattsville, MD.  She retired from a finance position at the University of Maryland Student Union.  Wife of the late Honorable Joseph F. Lilly, past Mayor of Hyattsville; Mother of Kay Kaye (Scott), Joseph F. Lilly, III. (Ginny), and David G. Lilly (Nancy); grandmother of seven; great-grandmother of 10.  She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, realives, and friends.  Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 2 to 4, and 7 to 9 PM where a funeral serive will be held at 10:00 AM Thurdsay, May 29.  Interment Ft. Lincoln Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Childrens research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1905.
