Komal Rao was born in Clay County, Kentucky on July 9, 1974 to Donald P Rao and Joyce M Penn.
He died on December 18, 2019, with his family by his side.
Sonny worked for the union as a carpenter. This September he became a journeyman. He worked toward that goal for a long time and was very proud of his accomplishment.
Sonny is survived by his daughter, Serina; son, Mason; mother, Joyce; brother, Andy and a host of family and friends.
