Nació el 15 de febrero de 1963 en Condega-Esteli. Nicaragua. Hijo de Marcelo Alaniz Pineda y Angela Pinell Pinell. Siendo el tercer hijo de nueve hermanos: Camilo. Luis. Miguel. Maritza. Janeth. Felife. Alexis y Betty, quienes le dieron el maravillosa regalo de ser tio, sus sabrinos le llenaron la vida de amor y felicidad. Pedro conoció a su esposa Maria Moncada con quien compartio 17 años de su vida. apoyándose en los buenos y malos momentos. Nuestro querido Toño se nos adelanto pero dejo muchos recuerdos para las personas que tuvimos el privilegio de Conocerlo y compartir con él, con un espiritu alegre que lo caracterizaba. Siendo un hombre extraordinario hijo, Padre, hermano, Tio, esposo una persona con muchas cualidades humilde. sencillo con un corazón lleno de nobleza siempre dispuesto Ayudar , agradecido, con un sentido de humor único.
