Son of Carolyn Deckers (Frank) and the late William Burke; father of Matthew Bryan Burke, Joshua Fouts, and Jenifer Burke; brother of Stan Burke, Debbie Burke Murray, and Patrick Burke; also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. William was a graduate of High Point High School, and worked as an auto technician. He loved NASCAR, and sports, especially the Washington Redskins.
