Padgett, II, the late William E.F. Padgett, III, late Leslie Jean Row, Doreen E. (William) White, the late Gwendolyn Mary Mossburg, William “Billy” E. F. Padgett, IV, Kimberly Jane (Richard) Allen. Aunt of Lori Jean Row, Cheryl Lucille Row Schenning, Angelique Lacy White-Toombs, Brigitte Nicole Charles, Alison Marie Hussey, Chanel Dora White, Robert Gray, Steven Souder, Kathryn Lynn Allen, and Savannah Padgett; great aunt of 15 nieces and nephews. Sister in law of Kathryn Diggs-Smith, Aileen Diggs-Davis, Phyllis Diggs, Rodney Diggs, Thomas Diggs, Inez Diggs, James Diggs, Richard Diggs and many other nieces and nephews. Charlene is also survived by loving neighbors who were like family to her. Notably Stephany, Jeremy, and Patrick Magel, and Heather Jackson and daughter, as well as Danny and Solomon.
