Joan L. McCabe

Joan passed away peacefully on June 8 th after a lengthy battle with dementia. Joanie as she was known worked as a successful salesperson at The Reliable Corporation for 25 years. She had a way of lighting up the room and reaching people in a deep positive way. She was known for her giving nature, colorful sense of humor and her style. She truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures: working in her yard, taking care of her animals, dancing to her favorite music, shopping and spending time with family, especially her Granddaughters. Joanie could always put a smile on people’s faces, she will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her children; Mark (Cindy) McCabe and Julie (Mark) Coldren; grandchildren Cabrini and Hollin Coldren; her brother Mitchell (Linda) Hudson; nieces, Joanie Kmieciak and Laura Alley; and by numerous family members. She is preceded in death by husband's, Francis X. McCabe and Joseph A. Dean, as well as her sister, Linda Fincham.
