Margaret "Marge" (Miller) Himmelfarb

In loving memory of Margaret Ruth Himmelfarb who passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 15th surrounded by loved ones. She is survived by her husband Harvey Himmelfarb, a marriage of 51 years, children, Scott and wife Deborah, Staci and Shannon, grandchildren Brittany, Cody, Jesse, Davis, Malorie, Kiana and Mason, brother Arthur and sister-in-law Ginger along with many cousins, nieces and nephews. 

Margaret was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend who was born and raised in Pennsylvania to Paul and Mildred Miller. She resided in College Park, MD throughout her adult life and was a follower of Christ at the Brethren Church and attended Grace Church for over 50 years. Marge worked as a medical secretary throughout her 20s and early 30s and transitioned to provide a loving and warm home to her children and grandchildren as they grew up. She was a caring and selfless woman who enjoyed spending her time with family and friends, in her garden, playing piano and board games with her loved ones. 

To celebrate Marge’s life, we will be meeting at Grace Church in Lanham, MD on Saturday, January 28th for a 11:00 am ceremony. The family would prefer those wishing to express sympathy to make a contribution in Marge's name to Grace Church in lieu of flowers. https://secure.myvanco.com/L-Z3A0/home
