Peter Charles Mitchell

Peter Charles Mitchell (Pete) of Woodbine, MD, passed away at his home on May 29, 2021 surrounded by family.

Pete was a kind, generous soul who made friends anywhere he went. He loved to help people and often put other's before himself. He was very outgoing, full of life, and enjoyed spending quality time with family and friends. Pete worked many years as a carpenter before settling in at Crestlawn Memorial Gardens located in Marriottsville, where he was the superintendent.

Pete is survived by his spouse; Laura Ann Tucker and her children Brandon Bonham, Sr. (Mandi Evans) and their children Piper and Brandon (Bubba) Bonham, Jr. of Denton, MD; Erica Bonham (David Mathes) of Denton, MD; siblings, Prescott Mitchell (Jenny) of Glendale, MD and Paul Mitchell of Phoenix, AZ.; his nephew, Troy Oliver (Crystal) of Huntingtown, MD and their children Connor, Wyatt and Cullen Finnegan; his niece, Teresa Oliver (Melvin Rawlings) and their children Harmony Mansfield, Hallie and Samantha Brown, and Krista Rawlings. Preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Jane Mitchell; and siblings, Pamela, Patricia and Perry Mitchell.
