Sherri Dehart Obituary

Sherri L DeHart passed away July 8, 2021 in Baltimore, MD. 

Born in Pennsylvania April 22, 1960 raised in College Park, MD and was the only child of Neal Frederick Willey and Doris Georgia Cooley. 

She graduated Parkdale High School in Riverdale, MD. Class of 1978. 

Sherri is survived by her husband John H DeHart, JR. Her 3 Children Amy, Jeremy, and Megan. Her daughter-in-law Constance and son-in-law Charlie. Her grandchildren Brianna, Naomi, Carly, Braidon, Logan, Emily, Alexander, and to come Savannah. Her Stepsons Joshua and Scott, their wives Callena and Kimberley. 

Her favorite hobbies were fishing, visiting lighthouses, bingo nights, going to arts and crafts shows and collecting Santa Claus' at Christmas time. She had a love for pets like no other, especially her fish tanks and birds. 

In September 2009, Sherri was diagnosed with early, stage 1, breast cancer. From the day she was diagnosed she stayed extremely positive knowing all the fight that was to come. Constantly kept a smile on her face no matter how bad of day she had or how sick she felt from the chemo treatments. She is the one who kept everyone laughing, was also very proud of her new tata's she got. 

Sherri was very loved by many and will continue to shine bright in our hearts forever. 

She will forever be missed and loved.
