RIP old friend.
Billy and I met in Jr high school and hung out all through high school. We both worked at the Exxon station in Hollywood. OMG what a good time we always had. We would drop off our dates on Friday and Sat. And he would swing by my house and pick me up in his mustang and we wood run the streets. His mom always tolerated our mischief. I remember we tried painting a car once in one of the run in garages in his back yard.... Metal flake green.
Out lives didn't cross much after HS. But I will always remember WB. My heart and prayers go out to his family.
Billy , I hope we can run the streets again upstairs one day.
God Bless.

So sad to hear of Wild Bills' passing. A bigger than life personality that I am grateful to have known. He made the days at Heyser Cycle full of fun and excitment. Those were great days and he was an amazing person to be around.

Rest in peace Bill and God bless.

Goodbye Old Friend. We had some great times together. The cook outs with the beer the lies and the B.S. You were always there if I needed you. All of your help with the truck. You were loved and will be missed by all of us. You have left a void that can never be filled. May you R.I.P. Herman

WB, You were that “one person” in life that whomever met you, they will never forget! We shared so many laughs and jokes (plus a beer or 12) working at Heyser Cycle in the 80’s. I’ll always remember you having your dog jump into your van to leave, through the window on your command! RIP my long time friend-Ride on in Heaven! Till we meet again, God Speed...

To Wild Bill's family and friends. I was sorry to learn of Bill's death. I knew Bill for most of my family's 30 years in Beltsville. A fixture in Don's garage, Bill earned his moniker and kept everyone laughing. Rest in Peace my friend.

Billy, I moved back to Beltsville to be close to you almost nine years ago. I watched over you the best that I could. You were there for me, I was there for you. My heart is so heavy that I lost you. I am shocked that God chose you too early. I will love you forever and never forget. Until we meet again....

Lots of laughs, albeit many years ago. Will never forget going to Chincoteague. You got burnt to a crisp, such fun at the pool at the Lighthouse motel.
Great times playing volleyball at your mom’s place.
RIP “Wild Bill”.

Dear brother you took care of me, watched over me and listened when I needed you. We laughed, we fought but we always loved each other no matter what. You were taken away way before your time. I don't know what to do without you. Your sense of crazy did not fall far from the tree, I can't help but continue in your footsteps. Our brother from another mother Mike Simmons appeared as you were in the process of leaving us. God sent him to me to hold my hand and to stand in your shoes. I will be forever grateful to him and our Lord.

Wild Bill,
There are so many memories that came back today. Volleyball on the weekend, don't yawn around the man without covering your mouth (unless you don't mind tasting Bill's finger), The trouble with Redheads (there ain't enough of them), Truck-ins, Hare scrambles, me running the battery dead on his van while falling asleep to Blue Valentine on cassette (not a happy camper), Cooper working the pickles out of a cheeseburger with his mouth before scarfing it down (the dog was just not a fan of pickles), You had to make sure the new girlfriend could take a joke before introducing her to Bill (I'll just leave it at that). Bike Week, Bill messing with the 1% ers at the flat track races ( "Hey man, where are your sticks?), Is anybody connecting with any of this? Bill was one of a kind, a good friend, reliably funny, serious when necessary, completely generous. Even though I haven't seen him in years, I'm missing him.
