William "Billy" Richards, Jr.

William Richards Jr. lovingly known as Billy was born to the proud parents of William and Joanne Marie Richards on Feb.15,1961 at 11.08am in Washington D.C and gain his heavenly wings on Nov. 8, 2020 at 11:30am. Billy precedes in death by his father William Richards. He leaves to cherish his loving memories his mother Joanne Marie Richards, two sisters Tina Marie Thompson, Carmen Louise Osman and bother David Charles Richards. Billy also leaves behind housemates that he was very protective of Jasmine Gilbert, Ashley Day, Alfreda Herres and longtime friend Jessie Hardisty and a host of devoted care givers at the ARC of Prince George County and adult day program service center at CHI Center in Silver Spring Maryland.

At this time William "Billy" Richards devoted family and care givers would like for you not to send any flowers but to send donation in his name to the ARC of Prince George County. Where he lived for more than half of his blessed life so that they can continue to support individuals with disabilities just like him so that they too can live a great and productive life as he did.
