I'll always remember Joyce as being a person possessing the sweet Phillips disposition. She was always very friendly and full of life. I also remember staying at your house when we sere wrestling in the state wrestling tournament and how much of a gracious host she was. Your family is blessed to have a mother like Joyce. You will see her again before you know it in the Glory of the Lord.

Janet, you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers. It's a rough time that we never want to deal with but is inevitable. Just remember the good times, the smiles and laughs and know that she is now in a better place with family and friends.

Condolences to Janet and the rest of the Allen family on the loss of their lovely mother, Joyce. I have many, many fond memories of your mother's kindness, her wry sense of humor and fun, and most of all, the shining love for her family that filled the house she made on Phoebe Lane. A life well-lived. May she rest in peace.
