Transitioned from this life on Monday, January 21, 2019. Survived by his wife Shirley A. Moore; daughters Jocelyn Phillips, Janice Edwards, Judith Moore, step-daughters Teresa Selecky, Katherine Hughart, son-in-laws Dennis Phillips, Tracy Edwards, twelve grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and a host of relatives and friends. You may visit with the family at Borgwardt Funeral Home, 4400 Powder Mill Rd. Beltsville, MD 20705 on Saturday, January 26th from 11 AM – 1 PM. A memorial service will be scheduled in the future. As an expression of love, donations may be made to the Dr. Bettye Bouey Yates Educational Foundation at bbyatesedufoundation.org.
