On July 30, 2019. Beloved husband of the late Ruth M. (Saffell) McMillan. Devoted father to Susan (John) Davis and Jeffrey (Amber Litchfield) McMillan. Loving grandfather to Robert William, Jenna Elise, Kyle Evan and Richard Lee. Friends and relatives may call at Borgwardt Funeral Home, 4400 Powder Mill Rd., Beltsville, Maryland on Tuesday, August 13th, 2019 from 6pm-8pm. A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 11007 Montgomery Rd., Beltsville, Maryland on Wednesday, August 14th, 2019 at 10am. Interment to follow at Gate of Heaven at 12:30pm.
