Linda Helen (Brown) Howard

Linda Helen Howard (nee Brown), 77, of Frederick, Maryland passed away on August 25, 2019 in Maryland. Linda was born on August 8, 1942 in Washington DC to the late Franklin and Nathalie Brown (nee Ashworth). She married Jeremiah Connor in 1960 and the late Walter “Gene” Nieman in 1965.

Linda is survived by her husband of 35 years, Carroll Howard, son Steve Connor and his partner Kirk Howard, son Douglas Nieman and his wife Kellie, daughter Deborah Tupa and her husband Brian, and grandchildren Alexander Nieman, Rebecca Nieman, Kage Tupa, and Kolt Tupa.

The family will receive visitors at Borgwardt Funeral Home, 4400 Powder Mill Road, Beltsville on Friday, August 30th from 6-9 pm. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, August 31st, 2019 at 10 AM at the Funeral Home. Interment will follow the service at Cedar Hill Cemetery, 4111 Pennsylvania Avenue, Suitland.
