Beloved wife of 46 years to Buddy Harper; Loving sister of Cheryl (Woody) Parks; Also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, special friends and her canine companion "Happy". Preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Ella Mae Looney and her sister, Ann Lynn Atkinson.
